What happens if I need to cancel?
Wherever possible I ask for 24 hours notice, to give me time to fill your time slot
How do I pay?
I accept cash and Efpos. Eftpos incurs a fee of 1.9% per transaction.
How do I book?
Call me direct on 0400 288 455, leave your details and I will contact you by the end of the day.
How quickly can I get my dog groomed?
New clients may take up to 2 weeks to get an appointment.
I do have a cancellation list where I will contact you with 24 hours notice for an appointmet.
What happens if my dog gets injured?
I have comprehensive public liability insurace if an accident were to occurr.
What if my dog hasn’t been groomed for a long time and is matted?
Matted dogs will be clipped short for your pets comfort, if extra time has to be taken you will be charged a fee.
Matted dogs can be prone to minor skin problems and there may also be the chance of cuts and knicks.
What if my dogs has skin allergies?
All my products are gentle on the skin.
If you require medicated shampoos I ask that you supply them.
